Russ, a Native Washingtonian, was born and raised in Enumclaw. After graduating from Enumclaw High School, he attended the University of Puget Sound and received a Bachelor's degree in Communication. He also received an Associate degree in Funeral Service education from Mt. Hood Community College. In 1990 Russ returned to Enumclaw and joined the family firm. He is the only two-term President of the Washington State Funeral Directors' Association. Russ was voted Washington's Funeral Director of the Year in 2002. He has been a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in the state of Washington since 1990. Russ and his wife Kelley have 3 children, Corissa, Trevor, and Ryan. They are active members of the Wabash Presbyterian Church and believe their most important responsibility is to introduce their children to a personal relationship with Jesus.

Len is a native of Oklahoma. He attended Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma and the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in Dallas, Texas. Len has been a fully licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for many years in Oklahoma, California, and Washington State. He has been with Howden-Kennedy Funeral Home of West Seattle since June 2010. Len is Past Club President of the Rotary Club of West Seattle . A past Board Member of the Southwest Youth & Family Services. Len currently serves as a Co-Chair for the 2017-2018 Rotary Academy. As well as an Assistant Governor for Area 6 in Rotary District 5030 which includes West Seattle, Vashon Island, Burien and Southcenter. Len currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Puget Sound Region Funeral Directors Association which includes King, Pierce and Kitsap Counties. Len is a member of the "Unity In Lynnwood" church, serving as the Team Leader for the church's Shuttle Ministry and serves on the Nominating Committee for the Board of Trustees.
Funeral Director Intern
Joshua, has lived in the Seattle area for over 15 years, first coming to the PNW while stationed in Bangor, WA while enlisted in the United States Navy as a Missile Technician on USS Alaska SSBN 732. A proud veteran, Joshua has recently become involved with the West Seattle American Legion Post 160.
Joshua has worked in several aspects of the funeral profession over the last 7 years, and is a Graduate of PIMA Medical Institutes Mortuary Science Program.
