I have known Frank since he lived on Burwell Street and I was a young child, he was my parents best friend for a long time, my mother would help him with his University of Washington papers and homework. A funny thing is during the war my mother and Frank share to bed, he would sleep there during the day and she would sleep there at night with Dad but he shared the same bed. He also when he moved to El Dorado Hills. He helped one of my friends get a job with a Bremerton fire department. Ray wigs he has a lot of friends in the Bremerton area. He will be very missed he came to both of my parents funerals and memorials. We love you Frank, we will miss you desperately

I worked for and with Frank during the 1960s and was in touch with him later as various campaigns came and went. Frank was a fine person, and I am saddened by his passing.

Frank was a good friend. I was with him a lot in Olympia and Mary Margaret, as a Senator, dealt with him frequently. He was truly an honest man that put on display honor in dealing with politics and the legislature. We were enriched to have known and dealt with him. Our deepest condolences to his family and friends.

My dearest Keller Family, I am in tears right now thinking about your Parents and all of you and wish the Baleto's were all there for you. Practically all my memories from Guadalupe included at least one of you and your wonderful Mom and Dad. My saddest thought right now is that I didn't make the time to visit your Dad when I was there in July. Know that all of you will be in my prayers and Doug, Danielle, and I send our love and hugs. Always, Marie
