Donna Schultz Stirton died at home in the early hours of February 6, 2018. The cause of death was prolymphocytic leukemia. She was born May 12, 1944 in Napa, California and spent her early life in the San Jose area. Here she met her husband Malcolm Scott Stirton. They were married on November 21, 1972 and moved to Seattle in 1974. She earned a B.A. from Seattle University iin 1987, and taught English as a Second Language at Bellevue College. She loved flowers and later in life became a floral designer. Donna had a warm, beautiful smile. She was a lovely, caring person, considerate of others and always ready to listen. She loved to entertain and did so with grace and style. She was devoted to the shelter Mary's Place, once being on the board, and volunteered there for many years. She is survived by her husband, niece Ronda (Bruce) Young, nephews Ron (Kathy) and Gary (Karen) Cushman, and close friends Valerie Keehn and Marguerite Dahl.
