I met Joyce while she was working at Fred Meyer on Roxbury. I enjoyed talking with her every time I went into the store. She was always upbeat and smiling. I met Jim will working at Todd Shipyards.
They were both such nice people. I am sad to see that they are gone. I think of them every time I drive by their house.

I always said that anyone that met her loved her. I had an incredible connection to her and we were "2 peas in a pod". My thoughts have been with her daughter Janet as she gave so much of herself to her mother for the last 6 years. Loosing a person like Joyce was, no matter how long she lived is a tremendous loss I will miss her terribly
