Galen Harlen "Seth" Freeman IV

Galen Harlan “Seth” Freeman IV passed in Seattle, WA with his brothers and sister-in-law by his bedside on December 2, 2017,   
Born June 25, 1977 in Huntsville, Alabama, Seth is survived by his parents, Gayle Forkner Lamb and her husband, Steve, of Florida; Galen H. “Butch” Freeman III, and his wife Dr. Cindy Dowis, and sister, Catherine M. Freeman of Kirksville, MO; his brothers, Christopher M. (Mary Ellen) Lamb and Thomas C. Lamb of Seattle, his grandparents, Holly R. and Betty Jo Forkner, TN; Doris M. Lamb, KY; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Seth is predeceased by his grandparents, Betsy and Clyde Shotwell, G.H. and Thelma Freeman, and Thomas N. Lamb.  
Seth attended schools in Florida and Kentucky.  He was a free spirit who loved books, chess, music, art, and nature.  We will especially miss his magical thinking.  
A private burial service will be held in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
