Elma A. Johnson

Elma Alina Salin Johnson born in 1920 in Markam, MN, passed away in Williamsburg, VA on December 27th.  Preceded in death by her mother, father, husband (Elmer), son (Craig Johnson), three brothers and two sisters.  Married for over 70 years to Elmer Johnson.  A resident of West Seattle for 74 years, Elma was a homemaker, and as the business they started grew, became the secretary and bookkeeper for their company, West Seattle Hardwood Floor.  Elma was a volunteer for many organizations, a member of Eastern Star, West Seattle Chapter, active in her church, and she loved to dance and travel.  She enjoyed a cabin they owned on Oakland Bay and traveling in their motor home to Arizona each winter.

Survived by daughter, Carrie Corrrell (James), daughter-in-law, Judy Johnson, granddaughters, Christine Guanu (Seth), Connie Partoyan (Gary), Shawna Johnson, and Brandee Johnson.  Great-grandchildren, Noel Horner (Fred), Jonathan Johnson, Garrett Mahaney, Garo Partoyan, George Guanu, and one great great grandchild, Autumn Horner.  She also leaves many nieces and nephews that she cherished.
